Not true.  There are plenty of bad beats in live poker.  The reason there seem to be so many online is that we play so many more hands in a shorter period of time.

True that jeffsbabe. In a game of poker live or online there is alot of badbeats. You just get more badbeats online simply because you play it more than live.(I think)

There are an equal number of bad beats in both online or live play.  By the way, is it bad beats or bad play??   Hmmmmmm....... Grin Wink

I agree that you are going to see more bad beats online than. But I have noticed that in tournaments that smaller stack will lose most of the time to a larger stack no matter what two cards the bigger stack plays.

I agree with the more online because that is probably where higher number of hands are played. Probability increases based on number of inexperienced players too, live or online.
