Dynamic Gaming Systems Network Transfer

San Jose, Costa Rica - Dynamic Gaming Systems (DGS) announced today that an agreement for the transfer of their network has been reached with Cintaly Holding Corporation (CHC).

CHC, based out of the British Virgin Islands, anticipates having the DGS network in full operation within 72 hours of the transaction being completed. Executives of CHC stated they were excited by the opportunity to take over one of the finest poker software networks online today. Although the details of the transaction were not made public, it is our understanding CHC intends to honor all verified existing Player Balances and Licensee Agreements.

CHC acknowledged the news reports that indicated that some of DGS’s Licensees may have already transitioned their player onto other networks. Although disappointed that they had left, this deal is a win-win for all current and future licensees, and players. CHC strongly emphasized that their prime objective was to get all remaining Players, Licensees back operational as fast as possible.

I did contact CHC and this is confrimed. I do not know what will happen to the players funds that were reported as Player to players transfer or withdraws that never reached the players but were listed in the cashier as being completed. As I find out more info I will keep you updated.

Now this info is not confirmed. There was a player playing on DGS that said all withdraws that had not been processed with be reversed. The deposit/withdraw options will be only a few to start then more options will be add later.

What are the restrictions on withdrawing funds from Jungle Poker?

   

The minimum withdrawal from Jungle Poker is $50 USD (Bank Wire $500 USD) and you must have made an initial deposit in order to request a withdrawal.

 

Withdrawal requests cannot be made until at least 7 days have passed since your last deposit was made.

 

Please note that if you are making a withdrawal during or within 24 hours prior to the beginning of a promotion you will not receive a bonus for funds that are re-deposited during that promotional period.

 

What are the fees associated with withdrawing funds from Jungle Poker?

 

The withdrawal fees will be deducted from your poker account balance, not from the withdrawal amount. This applies to checks, bank wires and Cash Refund payouts. Please note you must have sufficient balance to cover withdrawal fees.

The maximum withdrawal is 10% of your available player balance with a maximum withdrawal limit of $500 USD Per Month.

 

Withdrawal requests cannot be made until at least 15 business days have passed since your last withdrawal was made.

 

All withdrawals will be processed via check method only sent regular mail.

 

For those requests equal to or greater than $50 USD, players are required to submit a valid form of identification along with proof of a physical billing address to certify your account.

 

Certification must be in the form of valid photo identification (with address matching your account registration) a copy of the front and back of the credit card used on your account and a recent statement (listing your current address). Identification can be faxed to 1-888-834-1768 or scanned and emailed to cashier@junglepoker.com. For faster processing, please remember to include your Jungle Poker username and Player ID.

 

 

All withdrawals made via regular mail cost $10 and Checks via Express Courier are $50. Checks sent via regular mail may take up to 20 –30 business days. The Bank Wire fee is $60. The fee for withdrawing funds using Cash Refund is $25
