Cakepoker network upgrade

#Cake poker network has made a major upgrade. Now players can play on
more than one site at the same time. This will allow players to play our private
events on Redstar poker and Cakepoker at the same time and all the other sites
also. The sites will not open until you download the latest upgrade for each
one. I have also confirmed that the network will not let you sign up for the
